Tonight I went to a banquet that was a celebration of the Karl Stegall Seminary Foundation. I receive scholarship aid from this group every quarter. I’ve finished my second year. I am starting to count down the months and credits that I have left in order to graduate. I am very excited. May of 2009 is circled on my calendar. My wife and I are planning a cruise to celebrate (Thanks government stimulus check)!

Welcome to Church and tea! My name is Dan. I’ve been married to Cindy for 9 years. We have two boys, 7 and 3 years old. I am a Florida native and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. This site is called churchandtea simply because I am a United Methodist Pastor and I love sweet tea. I often find myself trying to solve the world’s problems over a glass of sweet tea.
