By Dan on Wednesday, August 13, 2008

Bill Easum, of Easum, Bandy, and Associates, has joined the blogging world! Easum is a heavy hitter in the world of church consulting. His coaching has helped many churches and pastors rethink how they do ministry. I have been lucky enough to attend an Easum/Bandy event, and I have benefited from several of their publications. Today was, overall, a good day. Church went smooth. I did learn that I really upset one member by not following up on said member while said member was ill. All I can do in this instance is apologize. I feel bad about that. I may have missed it even if I was a full [...]

About Me

Welcome to Church and tea! My name is Dan. I’ve been married to Cindy for 9 years. We have two boys, 7 and 3 years old. I am a Florida native and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. This site is called churchandtea simply because I am a United Methodist Pastor and I love sweet tea. I often find myself trying to solve the world’s problems over a glass of sweet tea. Feel free to pour yourself a glass and join in the discussion!

Anniversary!

Cindy and I will celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary in 5 months and 27 days.
